Eckhart Tolle teaches that true self-worth isn’t found in external achievements, possessions, or comparisons, but in recognising your inherent, infinite worth as pure consciousness or “Being” that exists in the Now.
It’s non-comparative, inherent value found in present-moment awareness, realising you are the sacred, infinite “I Am” that underlies all temporary identities and forms.
This deeper inner sense of worth transcends the need for external validation or self-esteem, which are often ego-driven constructs.
I do understand those teachings intellectually but, I also want to let this language move into my being. I rather let it be felt instead of managed.
I want the words to move through my body, not just my mind.
Here is the simple and repeatable sentences I created for myself and I can read over and over every single day to be able to digest Eckhart’s teaching:
•True value is not the value that you earn, but it’s the value that’s already here.
•It’s already present. It’s already inherent. And we get to ground in that.True value is the presence of consciousness meeting itself.
•Recognising that to be alive is the ultimate asset.
•And just notice what that feels like. Let yourself sink into that truth.
•And from there: True value is intrinsic. It’s not earned.
•You are valuable before you ever did anything to prove it.
•Your existence is the certificate of worthiness.
•And I like to imagine that in my office or in a place where I would typically put an accolade, there’s just a simple piece of paper hanging on the wall. It simply says “I exist”.
•It’s not a degree.
•It’s not an achievement.
•It’s not an external proof.
•So just notice what opens up when “being here” is enough.
•When simply being is enough.
•And from that recognition, value isn’t comparative. It’s creative.
•You don’t become valuable by outshining anyone.
•Your value comes from expressing the unique frequency that only “you” can bring.
•And to support that even more deeply, release the identity that was built to earn love.
•That part of you that strives for approval.
•It was born from misunderstanding.
•You were never unworthy.
•You were only unaware.
•And with all of that in place and my intention for this call is simple:
•To shift from performance to presence.
•Because every act born of presence carries value.
•Not because of the outcome, but because it transmits truth, not transaction.
With LOVE ♥️
