All coaching begins with a free 30-minute Zoom consultation, where we discuss your health history, goals, challenges, lifestyle habits, and what you want to improve. After this session, you receive a personalised fitness plan designed for your home environment (with or without equipment). Your weekly progress is reviewed through 30-minute coaching calls, and you receive continuous support via WhatsApp or email. Everything is fully tailored to your needs and updated regularly.

Booking is simple: you choose your preferred date and time, complete the payment, and your session is confirmed instantly. A confirmation email is sent with all details. Coaching calls last 30 minutes, and personalised workout plans are structured to fit your weekly routine. Only the introductory consultation is free; all training sessions must be paid in advance.

Your plan includes tailored home workouts, mobility and strength exercises, and core training suitable for your level. You will receive video demonstrations or short recorded clips when needed, making each movement easy to follow. The plan evolves with you—every 4 weeks your workouts are updated based on your progress, feedback, and goals. Everything is designed to be realistic, sustainable, and effective.

You will have ongoing messaging support through WhatsApp or email, including 1–2 check-ins per week. You can ask quick questions, request adjustments, or simply get a motivation boost. Alongside physical training, you will also receive lifestyle coaching—simple nutrition guidance, mindset strategies, journaling prompts, and small daily habits that support long-term well-being. You are never alone in the process—I guide you every step of the way.
