I highly recommend Sanem, she was my trainer for 2 years when we lived in Singapore. She pushed me to improve my personal health through strength training. She always listened to me and pushed just enough to get the best out of me without overdoing it, and always with a smile on her face. Workouts with Sanem were never boring – she mixed up exercises to ensure it always felt new and fresh. She is a lovely person to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and although we worked VERY hard, we also laughed a lot. I miss her!

I trained with Sanem while I was living in Singapore.

We trained in the condominium gym which although had limited facilities, Sanem’s sessions were varied and she ensured all muscle groups were targeted and covered in our work outs.

Sanem made the classes fun and enjoyable. She is very friendly and would always ensure any new exercises were explained and demonstrated to prevent injuries.
