Hi, I am Sanem!

A certified Personal Trainer, Mindset and Life Style Coach

I am from Istanbul, Turkey. My education in Economics, my decade of experience in investment banking, my passion for fitness, and my exposure to different cultures all shaped the foundation of my fitness career.

In 2014, I earned my American Council on Exercise Personal Training Certification and stepped into the world of professional coaching. Since then, I have continued to study exercise science and healthcare, taking ongoing education courses and closely following published research so I can stay current and keep growing.

I began writing on my Facebook page, “Sanem Bourdier on Fitness, Nutrition and Life,” and later launched my blog to share what I learn with others.

I teach personal sessions, small groups, and large group classes including cycling, TRX, circuit, and bootcamp. I have worked in fitness clubs, studios, parks, and gardens. No matter the setting, my goal is the same: help people build strength and long term well being.

I believe in the power of the mind, solid S M A R T goals, and starting with the basics before building up. I do not believe in perfection. Life is messy, and every person is unique. Body structure, fitness level, lifestyle, physical needs, and psychological needs all matter. My coaching blends them together with care and attention.

I translate gym language into simple, useful guidance so active people like you can gain strength and confidence without confusion. My role is not to hand out rules or restrictions. You are not broken and you do not need to be fixed. I am here to support, guide, and help you make informed decisions. My aim is to help you cut through the noise of social media and understand what truly works.

I offer a wide range of training times from Monday to Saturday, 8.30 to 17.30, Geneva time. Your first 30 minute introduction session is free.
